This is the long obedience. 24+ months of planting, training, and multiplying. You’ll raise up Belizean worship leaders, open new schools to the Gospel, and turn THRIVE teens into disciple-makers. You’re not visiting—you’re rooting. No end date, no exit strategy, just a blank calendar and a burning call. Housing, meals, and mission transport covered. Leadership Year (College Grad)
You’ve got the degree—now get the fire. This is 12 months of front-line leadership: mentoring THRIVE scholars, co-leading youth nights, training local believers, and carrying the Gospel where it’s never been. You’ll be stretched, sharpened, and sent out with authority. Live in community, eat family-style with missionary teams at Camp Legacy, and watch God turn your “what’s next” into “who’s next for Jesus.” This isn’t another line on the résumé—this is the making of a lifelong laborer. Step up.
Launch Year (HS Grad)
You just tossed the cap—now toss the timeline. This isn’t a pause; it’s a 12-month rocket boost into disciple-making. Lead worship for 1,200 students. Disciple middle-schoolers who’ve never heard “follow Me.” Live at The Crossing with daily mentoring from battle-tested missionaries. By June you’ll know exactly who God created you to be and where He’s sending you next. This is the year you stop wondering and start running. Ready?
Summer Launch
This is your first strike into the mission field. Nine electric weeks of non-stop VBS, school worship, village outreach, and late-night debriefs under Belizean stars. You’ll lead kids to Jesus, sleep at The Crossing, eat rice-and-beans like a local, and leave knowing whether full-time mission is burning in your bones.
